#TBT to being nominated for an Emmy!

From time to time, I'll share some of my favorite memories with you here in #TBT posts. In my first Thursday post, I decided to throw it way back to something that means so much to me.

After working on the Nickelodeon show Victorious, starring my incredible client and friend, Victoria Justice, I was nominated for an Emmy award! In the company of very talented artists from shows like SNL, Dancing With The Stars, and How I Met Your Mother, I was nominated for Outstanding Makeup For A Multi-Camera Series or Special for my work in Victorious. To have my work recognized on this level, in an industry filled with so many incredible makeup artists, was so exciting - a true professional achievement. I'm thankful everyday, but on this day I was overwhelmed with gratitude.
